Cookie Troubleshooting

If you are having problems getting past the log-in screen, please make sure that your "cookies" have been enabled in your Internet browser. Below you will find ways to enable cookies on some of the more popular browsers. To find out what browser version you have, select the "Help" menu and then click on "About"
Firefox 1.0
- Click the tools Menu
- Select "options"
- Click the Privacy option. Then select "Cookies" sub-menu
- Select the following: "Allow sites to set cookies"
- Click OK
- You can also select the "Exceptions" button and enter "*.assessment.com" in the address box and then click the "Allow" button
Internet Explorer 3.0
- Click the View Menu
- Select Options
- Click the Advanced tab at the top of the dialog box
- De-select the "Warn before accepting cookies" option
Internet Explorer 4.0
- Click the View Menu
- Select Internet Options
- Click the Advanced tab at the top of the dialog box
- Scroll down to the "Cookies" section
- Select "Always accept Cookies"
Internet Explorer 5.0 or 5.50
- Click the Tools Menu
- Select Internet Options
- Click the Security tab at the top of the dialog box
- Select the Internet Zone (The Globe Image)
- Click on Custom Level
- Scroll down to the "Cookies" section
- In the "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" section, select "Enable"
Internet Explorer 6.0
- Click the Tools Menu
- Select Internet Options
- Click the "Privacy" tab at the top of the dialog box
- Click the Edit button in the box that says "Web sites".
- A box will open up named "Per Site Privacy Actions"
- Enter "Assessment.com" in the "Address of Web Sites" input box and click the "Allow" button
- Click OK twice
Netscape Navigator 4.0
- Click the Edit Menu
- Select Preferences...
- Click the Advanced topic branch on the left
- In the "Cookies" section on the right, select "Accept all Cookies"
Netscape 7.0
- Click the Edit Menu
- Select Preferences...
- Click the Privacy & Security option. Then select "Cookies" sub-menu
- Select either of the following: "Enable all cookies", "Enable cookies for the originating website"
- Click OK
Opera 8/H3>
- Click the Tools Menu
- Select Preferences
- Click the Advanced option. Then select "Cookies" sub-menu
- Select "Accept all cookies" under the Normal Cookies selection box
- Click OK
